This modern beachfront property will boast 265 rooms, catering to various preferences, including resort rooms, luxurious terrace suites, and sustainable one- and two-bedroom Sky Villas. Beyond accommodations, guests can relish three inviting swimming pools, indulge in the beach club’s water fun, and savor culinary delights at the vibrant social hub and central bar.
Le Meridien Marjan Island Resort & Spa – 2026
A new 350-room hotel, Le Meridien Marjan Island, is coming to Marjan Island in 2026. This beachfront destination will offer various dining options with seven restaurants and bars serving global cuisines, plus recreational amenities like a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa, and kids club. Of course, guests can also enjoy sunny days on the golden sand due to its prime beachfront location. Le Meridien, a French-born brand, is all about savoring the good life, and that’s precisely what you can do here. The resort in Ras Al Khaimah will introduce signature brand spaces and programs from the moment you arrive, including the modern Le Meridien Hub, which reimagines the traditional hotel lobby.
Nobu Marjan Island (No date announced yet)
Nobu Hospitality, a collaboration between chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro and developer Marjan, announced their plans to establish an upscale hotel, branded residences, and a signature Nobu restaurant on Marjan Island. Guests can anticipate experiencing Nobu Hospitality’s renowned five-star service, savoring delectable Japanese cuisine, and indulging in custom wellness amenities such as a spa, gym, and swimming pools. While an exact opening date has yet to be confirmed, the excitement is building for this new addition.
Rove Marjan Island – Coming soon
The Emirate is gearing up for an exciting addition of a new budget-friendly Rove hotel. This lifestyle beach resort is strategically situated on the pristine Marjan Island, boasting 441 rooms and a prime beachfront location. Anticipated to be completed by the close of 2024, Rove Al Marjan Island will mark the brand’s debut in Ras Al Khaimah, signifying a significant milestone. The hotel’s vibrant urban design will be complemented by a collection of artworks that harmonize with the tranquil ambiance of Al Marjan Island, promising a unique and immersive experience for guests.
Sajj A Mantis Collection Mountain Lodge – 2025
Accor’s Mantis Collection brand introduces “Sajj,” a fresh mountain lodging choice set to open on Jebel Jais. Featuring 35 luxurious lodges, this mountain getaway offers guests a chance to immerse themselves in nature and rejuvenate their minds, body, and spirit. Visitors can engage in various activities, including creative experiences, mindfulness activities, and guided treks, making it an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with themselves and their natural surroundings.
The Westin Ras Al Khaimah – (No date announced yet)
While details about the forthcoming Westin Ras Al Khaimah, a Marriott International property, remain limited, anticipation is building. The hotel is expected to be the first Marriott opening in their current lineup of projects, and it’s likely to be ready to welcome guests by either 2024 or 2025.
W Al Marjan Island – 2027
W Hotels, known for its lively vibe and daring design, is expanding its presence in the UAE with a new property in Ras Al Khaimah, its first in the Emirate. The W Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027, will stretch along the beachfront of Al Marjan Island, offering 300 rooms and suites with W Hotels’ signature attention to detail and stunning sea views. The resort will feature familiar W spaces, including the Living Room, a socially-focused lobby concept, a vibrant W Lounge bar, and an AWAY Spa, a unique take on hotel wellness centers. Additionally, W Al Marjan Island will have a WET Deck, a stylish pool area for guests to see and be seen. There will also be three restaurants, although specific details have yet to be released.
Wynn Marjan – 2027
Wynn Marjan marks the brand’s debut in the Middle East and is set to open its doors in 2027. This multi-billion dollar resort, the brand’s first beachfront property, will boast over 1,000 rooms, world-class shopping, modern meeting and convention facilities, an exclusive spa, a variety of dining options (more than ten restaurants and lounges), extensive entertainment choices, and a casino! Details about the casino were shared in November, with plans to be “somewhat larger” than its namesake hotel in Las Vegas.
