Which service should I call?

Police: 999

If you need to report a crime or an emergency that doesn’t fit into other categories or road accidents, call the police line at 999, which is your primary point of contact.

Ambulance: 998

In the event of an accident, to request an ambulance anywhere in the UAE, dial 998. This number connects you to traditional land and air ambulances in critical cases.

Fire: 997

The United Arab Emirates Civil Defense handles all fire emergencies. If you observe a fire, immediately call 997 while evacuating calmly.

Coast Guard: 996

Like many countries with coastlines, the United Arab Emirates maintains a Coast Guard service to handle maritime incidents. They assist with boat collisions, unexpected ship damage leading to sinking, and other maritime-related issues.
